RAIM Full Cup of Kindness Canada supports youth in developing essential employability skills that strengthen workforce readiness, confidence, and long-term economic participation. This program focuses on building transferable skills, career awareness, and practical workplace competencies that support youth as they transition into employment, training, or further education.
What We Offer
Our Youth Skills & Employability programming addresses common barriers to employment by providing youth with structured, supportive opportunities to build practical skills, confidence, and career awareness. Programming is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and responsive to community needs, particularly for youth facing employment and skills-development gaps.
Career Exploration & Goal Setting
Youth are supported to identify interests, strengths, and potential career pathways while developing realistic short- and long-term goals aligned with employment and training opportunities.
Communication & Workplace Etiquette
Participants develop professional communication skills, teamwork habits, and an understanding of workplace expectations that support successful integration into employment settings.
Confidence, Adaptability & Problem-Solving
Programming strengthens youth confidence, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, key competencies that support resilience and sustained participation in the workforce.
Resume & Interview Preparation
Youth are introduced to resume fundamentals, interview readiness, and self-presentation strategies that help them engage confidently with employers and training providers.
We welcome collaboration with community partners, employers, and funders interested in supporting youth employability and workforce development.
